Mr. Michael Curtis has been appointed to Kokanee's Board to fill the casual vacancy created by Ms. Bold-De-Haughton's resignation.
Mr. Curtis has over 40 years of experience in the Canadian financial industry in the areas of trading, research, corporate finance and the management of public companies. Mr. Curtis is President and CEO of Nevado Resources Corp., a mining exploration company situated in Quebec, Canada. Mr. Curtis also presides on the board of Opal Energy Corp., CellStop Systems Inc., Quinto Real Capital Corporation and Tomagold Corp.
