Citizens has replaced its legacy access control system with Hirsch Identive's physical access hardware and award-winning Velocity™ Management System software throughout its Florida offices. Hirsch Identive's Velocity enables Citizen's staff to manage and monitor access control operations from a central station in each facility.

To provide a complete solution for Citizens, Hirsch Identive teamed with its local integration partner, Viking Security of Kissimmee, Florida, which specializes in multi-location, enterprise-wide project installations. This implementation is the result of a two-year project in which Citizens and Viking Security visited multiple current Hirsch Identive customer locations and Hirsch Identive staged product demonstrations and development meetings at Citizens' sites, providing Crawford and his team the confidence to move forward with the project.
