Technicolor announces that it filed the French version of its 2011 Registration Document (Document de référence) with the French Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) on March 27, 2012.
This Registration document is available on the Group's web site www.technicolor.com. It is also available at Technicolor's corporate head office: 1 - 5, rue Jeanne d'Arc, 92130 Issy-les-Moulineaux, France. The English translation of the Registration document will be made available on March 30, 2012.
The 2011 Registration document includes:
- the 2011 financial report;
- the report of the Chairman of the Board of Directors on the conditions for preparing and organizing the Board's activities and the internal control procedures;
- Details of the fees paid to the statutory auditors.
