DartAppraisal.com Names Michael Dresden Vice President of Operations; Luke Buikema as Operations Manager

As part of the expansion, Michael Dresden has been appointed Vice President of Operations and Luke Buikema has joined DartAppraisal.com as Operations Manager.

Dresden was promoted from Director of Operations where he spearheaded the recent re-engineering of DartAppraisal.com's customer service systems and operations. In this role he will focus on aligning operational strategy with customer needs, spending extensive time meeting with customers to gain a deeper understanding of their specific needs for integration into DartAppraisal.com's systems and operations as they and the industry continue to evolve.
