CONSTITUENT MEETING OF HONKARAKENNE’S BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND COMMITTEES

Honkarakenne Oyj’s Annual General Meeting held on Friday 30 March 2012 in the company headquarters at Tuusula elected Mr Anders Adlercreutz, Mr Lasse Kurkilahti, Mr Mauri Saarelainen, Mr Marko Saarelainen, Mr Mauri Niemi, Mr Teijo Pankko and Ms Pirjo Ruuska as members of the Board.

The Board of Directors convened for its constituent meeting and appointed Mr Lasse 
Kurkilahti as Chairman of the Board and Mr Mauri Saarelainen as Deputy Chairman.

At the same board meeting Board of Directors decided not to set up any committees.
