Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Management Responsibility (‘PDMRs’).

EnQuest PLC (the “Company”)

EnQuest PLC were informed on 3 April 2012, by Capita Share Plan Services, that
354,220 Ordinary shares of £0.05 each in the Company (the ‘shares’) previously
awarded to Dr Jim Buckee (a director of the Company) under the EnQuest PLC
Chairman’s Award Plan at the time of the IPO, vested on 2 April 2012. Of the
354,220 shares released, 177,483 shares were sold for tax purposes at a price of
£1.27804 per share, with the remaining 176,737 shares being retained by Dr Jim
Buckee.

Prior to this transaction, Dr Jim Buckee held 691,370 Shares, being
0.09% of the share capital of the Company. The total holding of Dr Jim Buckee
following the transaction is 868,107 shares, being 0.11% of the share capital of
the Company.
