Cobham plc Increases Its Holding of Shares in Thrane & Thrane A/S
Pursuant to Section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act notice is hereby given, that Cobham plc has acquired 1,292,110 shares in Thrane & Thrane A/S, corresponding to approximately 22.74 per cent of the shares in Thrane & Thrane A/S, and now holds, in aggregate, 1,453,795 shares in Thrane & Thrane A/S, corresponding to approximately 25.59 per cent of the shares of Thrane & Thrane A/S. This notice is given on behalf of the shareholder, Cobham plc’s subsidiary Lockman Electronic Holdings Ltd.
