MMRGlobal Selling Prepaid Personal Health Record Card to 50,000 In-Home Health and Assisted Living Patients

LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwire - Apr 9, 2012) - MMRGlobal, Inc. (OTCBB: MMRF) ("MMR"), a leading provider of Personal Health Records (PHRs), MyEsafeDepositBox storage solutions and electronic document management and imaging systems for healthcare professionals, today announced agreements with VIDA Senior Resource, Inc. (www.vidaseniorresource.com) to sell its patented personal health record products and services to more than 50,000 patients of VIDA Senior Resource, Assisted Transition and Senior Helpers. VIDA is a family owned and operated community resource organization headquartered in Boise, Idaho which provides senior home care services nationwide through a network of certified owned and operated agencies. MMR and VIDA will begin nationwide sales and training next week.

As a result of MMR's introduction of its Prepaid Personal Health Record card at the Consumer Electronics Show in January, VIDA saw how using the cards as an activation tool would enable them to securely set up and track a high value personal health record service from clients' homes. VIDA has more than 6,000 non-medical, visiting Senior Helpers (www.seniorhelpers.com) who will offer a private branded version of the Company's Prepaid Personal Health Record card (http://www.mmrglobal.com/VIDA) to more than 35,000 patients in their homes.
