Berlin, 24 May 2012 - Herlitz AG announces that Mr Thomas Hübner will
resign from the position as Chairmanship of the Management Board and leave
the company in the course of the realignment of the Herlitz Group as of 31
May 2012.
The Supervisory Board regrets to see Mr Hübner retire from his position and
would like to thank him for his many years of successful work in the best
interest of the Herlitz Group.
After this personnel change the Management Board of the company consists of
the Board Members Cheong Seng Ng and Thomas Radke.
The Supervisory Board will decide about the question of succession at a
later stage.
