Order for a Compact 21 research system in Japan

Bezons, May 31, 2012 - 7:00 am - RIBER, the global leader for molecular beam epitaxy (MBE), is announcing the sale of a Compact21 research system in Japan.

RIBER is announcing the sale of a research system to a world famous research laboratory in Japan, wishing to modernize its fleet of MBE machines, while further strengthening its development capacities for designing III-V component-based Nanostructures (Quantum Dots and Photonic Crystals for telecommunications and quantum information device applications).

Customer said: "Compact 21 MBE system is the world's top-selling research system and we need it to meet our demanding expectations for applied research on new compound semiconductor materials".

This new order further strengthens RIBER's leading position in Japan, where the semiconductor research base and industry are particularly developed.
