Nykredit Realkredit A/S publishes the final terms for the prospectus "Nykredit Realkredit A/S €5,000,000,000 Global Covered Security Programme" of 20 December 2011 (the "Prospectus").
The Prospectus, the supplementary prospectuses of 23 April 2012 and 11 May 2012, respectively, and the final terms constitute the terms for bonds issued in pursuance of section 33 e of the Danish Mortgage-Credit Loans and Mortgage-Credit Bonds etc. Act out of Nykredit Realkredit A/S' Capital Centre H.
