Major Shareholder Announcement
At Rella Holding A/S’ Annual General Meeting on 26 April 2012 it was decided to reduce the Company’s share capital from nominal value DKK 24,700,000 to nominal value DKK 23,500,000 through cancellation of nominal value DKK 1,200,000 from the Company’s holding of treasury shares.
Upon the expiry of the notice for creditors, the capital reduction was registered by the Danish Business Authority on 6 June 2012.
In connection with the capital reduction, the Company has received an announcement from Henning Arnth-Jensen (member of the Company’s Board of Directors), whose holding of Rella shares now amounts to more than 5% of the Company’s share capital:
