Sponsored by Contract magazine, the 23rd annual Best of NeoCon awards recognize the top new commercial interiors products introduced at the show. NeoCon awards selection is conducted by a multi-disciplinary team of 46 jurors made up of interior designers, architects and facilities management professionals.  In total, over 325 new products were evaluated.

"Winning the highly coveted Best of NeoCon Innovation Award is especially gratifying because only a shortlist of vendors demonstrating remarkable new ideas in commercial interior design and furnishings are selected," said Pat Govang, CEO of e2e Office. "And as a clean technology company, we're thrilled to be recognized for bringing a breakthrough product to market that is environmentally friendly and contributes significantly to LEED certification."

Jurors in the NeoCon product competition awarded the TransFORM Workstation the highest honors in the Surfacing Materials/Finishes category.   As the first commercially available product from e2e Office, the award-winning TransFORM Workstation is a highly versatile work surface made from e2e's proprietary biocomposites comprised of soy flour and grass fibers that are completely formaldehyde-free and contain no hazardous ('red list') chemicals as defined by the Living Building Challenge.

The TransFORM Workstation is uniquely sustainable leveraging a highly versatile work surface and a series of privacy/communication panels both made from e2e's proprietary biocomposite material. Optional re-used and refurbished leg systems that contribute additional LEED points are readily configurable to meet today's design needs. e2e Office products have been fully tested to BIFMA standards and use only 19 percent of the embodied energy of traditional wood composites. By using e2e biocomposites, the TransFORM Workstation utilizes annually renewable feedstocks, is 100 percent bio-based and completely fossil fuel free. Offering a full five-year replacement warranty, the TransFORM work surface leverages e2e's patent-pending i-core open architecture construction providing customers with lighter and stronger office furniture with a contemporary and purposeful design.
