Shore Capital Group Limited, the independent investment group specialising in principal finance, equity capital market activities and alternative asset management, was notified on 29 June 2012 that Lynn Bruce, an Executive Director of the Company, purchased 300,000 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 16.5p each.
Following the purchase Ms Bruce's shareholding in the Company is 300,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.12% of the issued share capital.
