Order for a Compact 21 research system in Germany

RIBER is announcing the sale of a research system to a research institute in Germany. The MBE machine will be devoted to the growth of III-V epitaxial nanostructures for applications in nanoelectronics and photonics. This order will significantly increase the institute's applied technology research and development capabilities.
Compact 21 is the MBE research system that has sold the most units in the world. It is highly flexible and offers great adaptability to meet the most demanding specifications of applied research on compound semiconductor materials.
This order will consolidate RIBER's position in the German market and confirms its significant expertise in semiconductor research.
