Purchase of own securities and total voting rights
Octopus Titan VCT 2 plc announces that on 6 July 2012 the Company purchased for cancellation 42,926 Ordinary shares at a price of 82.2p per share.
Following this transaction, the issued share capital of the Company is now 17,518,045 Ordinary shares with a nominal value of 10p each, with voting rights. The Company holds no shares in Treasury.
