The Program is open to children of Brooks Automation's domestic employees enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited college or university. Recipients for 2012 were selected based on factors such as their strong academic performance, community service, extracurricular activities, and a written essay. International Scholarship and Tuition Services, Inc. (ISTS), a third party administrator, reviews all applications and selects the recipients of the scholarships.
