Thomas Heinitz as a further member of the Group's Management Board
effective 1 October 2012. Heinitz, who last served as Managing Director of
ZEUS Zentrale für Einkauf und Service GmbH & Co. KG, has been assigned
responsibility for Category Management/Procurement, Marketing and
Logistics. He is appointed for a three-year term. The positions of Dr. Kay
Hafner as Chief Executive Officer and Markus Schürholz as Chief Financial
Officer remain unchanged.
