The buyer, Silagi Development & Management, Inc., has been acquiring, building, and managing commercial real estate properties throughout the United States for more than 25 years. Silagi purchased the property as an investment and has employed Binswanger as the exclusive agent to represent them with the sale or lease of 280,000 sq. ft. of high-bay distribution space and 48,000 sq. ft. of modern office space.
