Lloyd Fonds AG is switching to Entry Standard 

Hamburg, October 17, 2012. The Management Board of Lloyd Fonds AG has
decided today with the Supervisory Board's approval to switch from the
Prime Standard of the regulated market to the Entry Standard of the
Frankfurt Stock Exchange. Lloyd Fonds AG will be lodging an application for
reclassification without delay. Accordingly, the Company assumes that it
will be admitted to the Entry Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange in
April 2013. Pending this, its shares will continue to be listed in the
Prime Standard of the regulated market of the Frankfurt stock exchange.

The reason for the reclassification is to reduce expenses and the
organizational resources required for inclusion in the regulated market.
The Management Board assumes that the Entry Standard is the appropriate
segment for Lloyd Fonds AG at this stage. At the same time, the Entry
Standard ensures a high degree of transparency and tradeability for the
shareholders.
