WashTec AG: Changes in the Management Board
 
Augsburg, November 14, 2012 - WashTec AG, the leading provider of
innovative vehicle washing solutions worldwide, announces changes in the
management board.
At its meeting today, the Supervisory Board appointed two new members to
the Management Board of WashTec AG: Dr.-Ing. Jürgen Rautert (54) will serve
as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Dr. rer. oec., Dr.-Ing. Stefan Vieweg,
CFA, (47) as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The new Management Board
members will commence their service at the beginning of 2013.

Mr. Michael Busch will continue to serve as Spokesman of the Management
Board for an interim phase of two months after the new management board
members have joined WashTec. Once Mr. Busch returns to the Supervisory
Board, Dr. Rautert will assume the function of the Spokesman of the
Management Board and CEO.

Dr. Rautert has long-term international experience as management board
member and has inter alia served as chief sales and chief technology
officer of the management board of Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG for many
years.

Dr. Vieweg currently serves as CFO Managed Services of Atos Deutschland,
and prior to that position, served as head of Controlling at Vodafone Group
plc. for a long time.
