In continuation of company announcements of 11 October 2012 and 16 November 2012, we wish to announce that Spar Nord Bank A/S has obtained permission from the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority and the Danish Business Authority to redeem the state-funded hybrid core capital of DKK 480,295,950 raised by Sparbank A/S.
Redemption will take place on 12 December 2012.
