Today, Nykredit conducted a bond sale in connection with the refinancing of Wibor3 loan without an interest rate cap and funded by way of ROs issued out of Capital Centre D.
The result of the sale is a spread of 0.25% pa for borrowers with Wibor3 loan, which will be in force until the next refinancing.
