The boards of directors of Solteq Plc and Solteq Retail Ltd have decided Solteq Retail Ltd to merge with its parent company Solteq according the merger plan as informed earlier 12.7.2012. The implementation of the merger was entered into Finnish Trade register 31.12.2012.
