Debut Diamonds Amends Second Quarter Financial Statements

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Jan. 14, 2013) - Debut Diamonds Inc. (CNSX:DDI) (the "Company") reports that following the receipt of a letter from the Ontario Securities Commission concerning their review of the Company's second quarter financial statements, the Company will be amending and re-filing these financial statements. The amendment pertains to the inadvertent omission of comparative information for October 31, 2011 on the Statements of Changes in Equity.

Management feels it is important to note that the above amendment has no impact on the financial results as originally reported.
