French Value Added CAD Reseller acquired
- Transition to VAR in Europe is nearly completed

Wessling, February 18, 2013 - Mensch und Maschine Software SE (MUM - ISIN
DE0006580806), a CAD/CAM specialist company, has acquired all assets of
Value Added CAD Reseller Visiograph-GDS, Paris, through its French
subsidiary Man and Machine s.a.r.l.

M+M's VAR segment now employs approx. 430 people and in 2013 is about to
exceed EUR 100 million sales (PY: 85). With approx. 50 locations in 9
countries, the 'Autodesk Platinum Partner' M+M is by far the largest
European VAR of global CAD market leader Autodesk.

'Through the Visiograph acquisition, France joins UK, Italy, Romania and
Poland on the list of European countries in which we have completed the
transition from Distribution to VAR' M+M CEO Adi Drotleff happily states.
'We are nearly finished now, with no more than one, or maximum two
acquisitions left on our shopping list.'
