The Board of Directors of PCI Biotech Holding ASA has approved the annual accounts for 2012. Final annual accounts are in accordance with preliminary accounts published on 5th February 2013. The board has agreed to present the final audited accounts to the ordinary general assembly on 6th May 2013.
