The Nominating Committee has been informed today that Sverker Andreasson, who
was proposed by Arctic Paper as a Board member, is no longer available owing to
personal reasons.
At the AGM today, Arctic Paper will propose Claes Aurell, aged 52, advocate and
partner in Rosengrens Advokatbyrå i Göteborg AB, as a member of the Board of
Rottneros.
