Bon appétit! Chef Hugues Maitre, a fourth generation French baker, is known for livening up his kitchen with the culinary cultures of the world. Having worked in eleven countries across three continents, Chef Hugues transforms his kitchen into a vast spectrum of cultural influences and creative talent. Born in Mulhouse, France, Chef Hugues began apprenticing in his father's bakery at age twelve.
