Construction contract (NCO School)

Nordecon AS and Estonian Ministry of Defence signed a contract for the design and construction of the academic building and equipment warehouse expansion for the Non-commissioned Officer's School of the Estonian National Defence College.


Tallinn, Estonia, 2013-04-18 08:17 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Nordecon AS and Estonian Ministry of Defence signed a contract for the design and construction of the academic building and equipment warehouse expansion for the Non-commissioned Officer’s School of the Estonian National Defence College. The new building has 13 classrooms, 32 work spaces for personnel and accommodation facilities for 250 students. The closed net area of the building and warehouse expansion is approximately 4,720 and 1,240 square meters respectively.

The contract value without the reserve (10%) for unexpected works is approximately 4.0 million euros, excluding VAT. The works begin in May 2013 and end in December the same year.
