NeuroSearch A/S (NEUR) has received information from UBS AG, Switzerland, that the company has increased its shareholding in NeuroSearch.
Consequently, UBS AG now owns a total of 1,647,399 shares of DKK 1 nominal value corresponding to an ownership and voting rights of 6.71%.
According to UBS the disclosure is triggered by a stock borrow transaction whereby UBS AG borrowed shares. The counterparty from which UBS AG borrowed the shares does not have to make a downwards disclosure due to the applicable right to recall of the loan. Therefore the share ownerships are now disclosed twice.
