JDL Technologies Named "Partner of the Year" at 2013 Industry Awards


FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., May 14, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- JDL Technologies, a wholly owned subsidiary of Communications Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq:JCS), was named Partner of the Year at the 8th Annual Information Technology Industry awards hosted by Network Products Guide in Las Vegas on May 7, 2013.

The awards honor the achievements and contributions of organizations in the information technology industry worldwide. JDL Technologies was nominated for the Partner of the Year award by Meru Networks, who also named JDL Technologies Meru Networks' North American Growth Partner of the Year for 2012. Dr. Bami Bastani, CEO of Meru Networks, presented the Meru award while visiting JDL offices in Fort Lauderdale on May 10. JDL is a Meru Networks Platinum Partner.

JDL Technologies began a significant growth and expansion initiative in 2012.
