ICA Gruppen AB: ICA Gruppen launched today

Hakon Invest has changed its name to ICA Gruppen and the company's new website
www.icagruppen.se will be launched today

Per Strömberg, CEO of ICA Gruppen, comments: "This transaction has been
completed in the best way. By changing name, we are taking the final step in
this process, where Hakon Invest and ICA become one group - ICA Gruppen.

"Earlier this week, Hakon Invest's Annual General Meeting approved the proposal
to change the name from Hakon Invest to ICA Gruppen. The name change is being
made to reflect the group's focus on ICA and ICA-related activities following
the completed acquisition of the remaining 60% of the shares in ICA. ICA Gruppen
will be the second-largest listed retail company in the Nordic region measured
in terms of sales.

On Monday, 27 May 2013 the company's ticker symbol on Nasdaq OMX Stockholm will
be changed to ICA.
