Major Shareholder Announcement/Treasury Shares
At Rella Holding A/S’ Annual General Meeting on 22 April 2013 it was decided to reduce the Company’s share capital from DKK 23,500,000 to DKK 22,400,000 through cancellation of 1,100,000 shares from the Company’s holding of treasury shares.
Upon the expiry of the notice for creditors, the capital reduction was registered with the Danish Business Authority on 6 June 2013.
Following the above-mentioned cancellation of treasury shares, the Company’s holding of treasury shares amounts to DKK 275,239 or 1.23% of the Company’s share capital of DKK 22,400,000.
