GETH Announces the Appointment of Pascal Mahvi


OAKDALE, June 18, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Green EnviroTech Holdings Corp. (OTC QB: GETH) is pleased to announces the formation of its strategic advisory board and the appointment of Pascal Mahvi to that board. Mr. Mahvi will be assisting in the formation and execution of international Joint Ventures and Strategic Alliances. He has been associated with Petrosonics, LLC, GETH's global joint venture partner, since its founding in 2009. Recently he negotiated a Joint Venture with Khashoggi Holding of Jeddah Saudi Arabia for representation of Petrosonics market disruptive "GreenOil" technologies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the "GCC" (Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf). He was also a strong advocate for Petrosonics to negotiate the recently announced finalized subsidiary agreement with Green EnviroTech Holdings.

Born in Flushing, New York, Mr. Mahvi is a multi-faceted, multi-lingual Internationalist entrepreneur with 39 years of experience in directing and managing international operations and creating strategic alliances. His expertise are in manufacturing, property development, handling international construction projects, site assessments, acquisition, joint-venture negotiations, cross-cultural negotiations, dealing with Heads of State / Embassy officials, Politicians, and foreign Ministries.

Currently, Mr. Mahvi is the founding Managing Partner of Global Green Energy Partners LLC where he is responsible for international JVs and strategic alliances. He has served on the Board of Directors of Idria Oil & Gas Company N.V., Netherlands, Antilles since 1991. In 2013 he established Idria as a crude oil trader in collaboration with Khashoggi Holding Reiser Oil Company and Tubo Trading USA, Inc.. Currently he is negotiating a JV with ENERSEP, a drilling company for further exploration of the Panamanian Oil fields in the Pacific, where Idria carried out its own exploration in the 1990s. In 1992 he negotiated a multimillion dollar loan agreement with Canadian Triton International for a $258 million, 53 deep well re-drilling project in Iran. The re-drilling was successfully completed in 1992, rehabilitating Iran's production wells.

Throughout his career, Shazdeh Mahvi, Father of Pascal Mahvi, orchestrated some of the Iran's biggest international business partnerships with companies such as Amerada Hess Oil, Airbus, Bechtel, Bendix, Boeing, Bowden Drilling, Bristow Helicopters, CSC Corp, EDS, Flour, Fokker Aircraft, Fromatom, GE, Honeywell, Hughes Aircraft, Israeli Aircraft Industries, KWU, Litton Aero Products, McDonald Douglas, Northrop, Ralph Parsons, Rockwell International, Spie Batignolles, Standard Oil of Indiana, Siemens, Thyssen, and Westinghouse. He was instrumental in setting up Pan American International Oil Company in Iran and served as its managing director there until 1967.

Perhaps most significantly, in 1974 Shazdeh Mahvi spearheaded Iran's nuclear energy program at the Shah's request. He founded INECO, Iran Nuclear Energy Company, and partnered with Siemens / KWU in order to build the two, 1200MW power plants in the gulf region, where his son started. The Power Plants were finally brought on line in 2009.
