Regarding liquidity contract signed by Bonduelle with Oddo Corporate Finance, the liquidity account held the following assets on 30th of June 2013:

                              126 796,66  Euros.

It is recalled that at the last half-year review, Bonduelle had the following assets on the liquidity account:

                                       1 400  Shares ;
                              204 572,67  Euros.
