PSI Group ASA announced on 11 June that the company is selling its shares in the subsidiary Instore IT Midt-Norge AS and its shares in the associated companies Instore IT Innland AS, Instore IT Sør AS, Instore IT Vest AS and Instore IT Nord AS to Visma Norge Holding AS.
The transaction was subject to the approval by the Competition Authority. The parties have not received any objections from the Competition Authority and have therefore completed the transaction today.
This means that PSI Group ASA has received the agreed settlement for the shares of MNOK 48.9. The transaction will result in a gain of approx. MNOK 30 which will be recognized in the 3rd quarter of 2013.
