CentriLogic Reports Record Results for H1 2013

Company Leverages Acquisitions, New Service Offerings, and Key Customer Wins to Increase Revenues by 77 Percent

TORONTO--(Marketwired - Jul 29, 2013) - CentriLogic, a provider of international hybrid hosting and data center solutions, today announced record business results for the first half of its fiscal year 2013. CentriLogic achieved year-over-year revenue growth of 77% from June 30, 2012 through June 30, 2013 and significantly increased EBITDA during this time period. The company's key customer wins so far in 2013 include Canaccord Genuity, Preferred Mutual, Insight, Globalive, Sensee, and Intrahealth. Existing customers Bausch & Lomb, Rich Products, Publicis, and Wegmans have also grown their business with CentriLogic this year. The company's growth through H1 2013 was aided by two strategic acquisitions, enhanced international cloud hosting and hybrid hosting solution offerings, and an expanded facilities footprint.

CentriLogic's customer success and revenue growth in H1 2013 has validated its approach to providing innovative hybrid hosting solutions to local and international organizations with enterprise-class workloads. As a result of these efforts, in the past year CentriLogic has doubled its data centers from four to eight, expanded into Europe and Asia, and tripled its global workforce. CentriLogic has additional expansion activities planned in 2013 and expects to grow its employee base by 10-20%.

Major Milestones for H1 2013:

  • On March 11, CentriLogic announced the acquisition of Canadian managed hosting and IT services provider, The Capris Group. The acquisition created a new business unit focused on delivering Application and Platform management services to new and current customers. On June 13, CentriLogic announced the acquisition of North Carolina data center operator Dacentec Inc.
  • Through these acquisitions, CentriLogic added two data centers to its six existing international facilities. CentriLogic's facilities footprint now consists of more than 100,000 square feet covering four countries and three continents.
  • CentriLogic has launched three service offerings so far in 2013, starting with the April announcement of an improved international infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) cloud hosting offering. CentriLogic's cloud offering is unique in the market due to its hybrid connection capabilities and geopolitically-isolated availability zones in Canada and the United States. CentriLogic also added business continuity / disaster recovery and web application management & development offerings, and plans to announce significant upgrades to its backup and security services later this year.
  • CentriLogic completed the Statement of Standards on Attestation Engagements (SSAE) SOC 1 Type 2 audit for the second consecutive year, with a clean report free of any exceptions.
  • To accommodate growth and expansion to date, CentriLogic announced significant changes to its international senior management team. Additions and appointments include: VP, Client Services; VP, Sales; VP, Operations & Technology; VP, Human Resources; CFO; & Head of Global Compliance.
  • CentriLogic was named one of CDN's Top 100 Solution providers in 2012, for the second consecutive year.
  • CentriLogic's President & CEO Robert Offley was named a finalist in Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year Awards in the "Emerging Entrepreneur" category.

"We have made a number of positive investments this year that have helped us grow our services and solutions portfolio, expand our international facilities footprint, and strengthen our ability to satisfy growing demands from our customers," commented Robert Offley, President & CEO. "We are confident that these investments will accelerate our momentum and position us for further growth in the international managed services and hybrid hosting market."
