United States Army Renames Award in Recognition of MacAulay-Brown, Inc. Employee's


DAYTON, Ohio, Aug. 19, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- MacAulay-Brown, Inc. (MacB), a leading National Security company providing innovative engineering and technical solutions to Defense, Intelligence, Homeland Security and Federal agencies, recognized today the significant honor bestowed upon Command Sergeant Major (Ret.) Peter "Pete" L. Hiltner, Director of MacB's Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN)/Emergency Management Branch.

On June 28, Brigadier General Peggy Combs, Commandant of the Army Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) School, Fort Leonard Wood, Mo., renamed the Distinguished Honor Graduate Award for the Army CBRN Senior Leaders Course to the Regimental Command Sergeant Major Peter L. Hiltner Distinguished Honor Graduate Award. The Army CBRN Senior Leaders Course is part of the Army Maneuver Support Center of Excellence Noncommissioned Officers (NCO) Academy, the largest NCO Academy in the Army.

Command Sergeant Major (Ret.) Hiltner spent more than 32 years in the Army. He served as the 9th Regimental Command Sergeant Major for the Army Chemical Regiment and the Command Sergeant Major of the Army CBRN School. Hiltner is an Army Chemical Regiment Distinguished Member of the Corps, and in 2008, was inducted into the Army Chemical Regiment Hall of Fame. Since retiring, he served the Chemical Regiment as its Honorary Sergeant Major and the Vice Chairman of the Chemical Corps Regimental Association.
