In accordance with the regulations with respect to the acquisition of own shares, Kinepolis Group NV informs that within the framework of the share buy-back program, as announced per 24th May 2013, the following transactions took place in the period from 26th August 2013 till 30th August 2013 included, on the stock exchange market NYSE Euronext Brussels and this in accordance with the mandate given by the Extraordinary General Meeting of 19th October 2012:
