With reference to section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act, TK Development A/S hereby makes the following announcement:
TK Development A/S, ISIN DK0010258995, has received notification from Storm Capital Management Ltd., 100 New Bond Street, London W1S 1SP, UK, to the effect that Storm Real Estate ASA, c/o Storm Capital Management Ltd., increased its holding of TK Development shares on 28-30 August 2013 to a total of 10,300,216 shares, equal to 10.49 % of the share capital.
The transaction was made as part of the rights issue completed today.
