Odfjell SE is contemplating the sale of senior unsecured bonds in the
Norwegian bond market. In conjunction with the contemplated bond issuance, Odfjell will consider buying back bonds maturing in December 2013 (ODF03, ISIN NO 0010555378).
Net proceeds from the potential transactions will be used for general corporate purposes.
