Vigmed now expects first deliveries of CLiP®Ven and CLiP®Neo during first quarter 2014

Vigmed has previously indicated to the market that the first sales of the
product CliP Ven were to be expected during the fourth quarter of 2013, and CliP
Neo during the first quarter 2014.  During the installation of the production
equipment it has become evident that certain minor adjustments are needed to be
made to one of the production tools, with the consequence that the first
deliveries of CliP Ven to customers will be slightly delayed until the first
quarter of 2014. No delays are expected for CliP Neo
Vigmed CLiP is a unique needle protection device for IV catheters which is self
-activating during the insertion process, and automatically protects the
patient, as well as staff, against accidental and potentially contaminated
needlesticks.  CLiP is one of the product categories within a range of products
developed by Vigmed.  These products are user friendly and safe, as well as
offering a cost effective solution for healthcare systems.  The response to
Vigmed’s products from users and distributors both within and outside of Europe
has been extremely positive and expectations are high for the coming market
introduction.
