MINNEAPOLIS, Oct. 22, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- OnPoint Medical Diagnostics (OTCQB:ONMD) announced today it has signed a contract with Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) to provide OnPoint's MRI Quality Assurance (QA) software. The five-year agreement is effective July 2013 and runs through June of 2018.
CHOP currently manages eight MRI scanners accredited through the American College of Radiology, which are located throughout the main hospital campus as well as an outpatient diagnostic center located in western Philadelphia, PA. "Having recently earned the top spot on US News World and Report's 2013-2014 Honor Roll, it's yet another example of their commitment to providing the highest level of quality care for their patients every single day".
OnPoint has successfully tested over 150,000 MRI QA images from over 150 MRI scanners across 22 states using its cloud-based quality assurance technology.
