Major shareholder announcement in accordance with section 29 the Danish Securities Trading Act
In accordance with section 29 the Danish Securities Trading Act, Nordic Shipholding A/S hereby announces that Nordea Bank AB (Publ), which owns Nordea Bank Danmark A/S, has informed Nordic Shipholding A/S, that Nordea Bank Danmark A/S has acquired a total of 44,788,702 shares in Nordic Shipholding A/S and hereafter directly possesses 11.03 % of the share capital and voting rights in the company.
