ANNOUNCEMENT
A.P. Møller - Mærsk A/S – Major shareholder announcement
Pursuant to section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act and section 2 of the Executive Order on Major Shareholders, A.P. Møller og Hustru Chastine Mc-Kinney Møllers Fond til almene Formaal (the Foundation) has informed the Company that the Foundation has transferred all of its shares in the Company to a newly established subsidiary of the Foundation, A.P. Møller Holding A/S.
Subsequently, A.P. Møller Holding A/S directly owns 1,122,858 A shares of nominally DKK 1,000, 10 A shares of nominally DKK 500, 701,897 B shares of nominally DKK 1,000 and 5 B shares of nominally DKK 500 of A.P. Møller - Mærsk A/S, corresponding to 41.51% of the share capital and 51.09% of the votes. The Foundation no longer owns any direct shares of A.P. Møller - Mærsk A/S.
