A/S "Tosmares kuģubūvētava" has received announcements from A.Čerņavskis, L.Artemenko, I.Galič, B.Galkovičs on directly dispossessed shares and an announcement from Seletrade Impex LLP about directly acquired shares with voting rights.
On December 28, 2013 A.Čerņavskis dispossessed– 199 800 shares (5%), L.Artemenko - 199 800 shares (5%), I.Galič - 199 800 shares (5%) and B.Galkovičs - 199 800 shares (5%).
On December 28, 2013 Seletrade Impex LLP acquired 994 220 shares (30%).
