CST IR Solutions Hires Brad Starkweather as Senior Vice President

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Jan. 15, 2014) - CST IR Solutions, a division of Canadian Stock Transfer Company Inc., (CST) announced today the hiring of Brad Starkweather as Senior Vice President. Starkweather will be responsible for managing the operations for all CST IR Solutions products, including capital markets intelligence, credit markets intelligence and regulatory and tax compliance reporting.

Before this position, he was Senior Vice President at Thomson Reuters with over 13 years of tenure. He also previously served as the Stock Surveillance Director with the Carson Group.

CST IR Solutions also announced the hiring of Lou Cordone as Vice President. With over 13 years of experience, Cordone previously worked for Thomson Reuters, managing several teams who provided insight into market developments and trading patterns for public companies.
