Share subscriptions based on stock options 2009A


Tieto Corporation  STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 17 January 2014, 10.00 am EET

Between 12 November and 31 December 2013, a total of 11 100 Tieto Corporation new shares have been subscribed for with the company's stock options 2009A. For subscriptions made with the stock options 2009A, the entire subscription price of EUR 63 048.00 will be entered in the reserve for invested unrestricted equity. As a result of the subscriptions, the number of Tieto shares increases to 73 143 467.

The shares subscribed for under the stock options have been registered in the Trade Register on

17 January 2014, as of which date the new shares will establish shareholder rights. The shares will be traded on the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki together with the old shares as of 20 January 2014.

The share subscription period for stock options 2009A is 1 March 2012–31 March 2014.
