NASDAQ OMX Stockholm brings matter related to Ruric before the disciplinary
committee

NASDAQ  OMX Stockholm ("Börsen") har överlämnat ett ärende avseende Russian Real
Estate  Investment Company AB  (publ) ("Ruric" eller  "Bolaget") till NASDAQ OMX
Stockholms   Disciplinnämnd.   Ärendet  rör  huvudsakligen  brister  i  Bolagets
informationsgivning  under  2012 och  2013 samt  i  samband  med upprättandet av
kontrollbalansräkning  och kontrollstämma  under 2013. Börsen  har hemställt att
disciplinnämnden  fattar beslut om avnotering av Bolagets aktie från First North
alternativt annan skälig påföljd.
NASDAQ  OMX Stockholm  (the "Exchange")  has brought  a matter regarding Russian
Real  Estate Investment Company  AB (publ) ("Ruric"  or the"Company") before the
NASDAQ  OMX  Stockholm  Disciplinary  Committee.  The  matter primarily concerns
inadequacies  in the Company's information and disclosure processes during 2012
and  2013 as well  as in  connection with  the preparation  of a control balance
sheet  for liquidation  purposes and  the shareholders'  meeting for liquidation
purposes  in 2013. The  Exchange has  requested that  the disciplinary committee
resolves  on removal of the Company's shares  from admission to trading on First
North or to issue other reasonable reprimands.
